Position Overview:
We’re not looking for a generic salesperson. We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell into hospital systems—and win. The Galen Center for Professional Development is hiring a results-driven sales professional with experience selling workforce, learning, or competency solutions to healthcare organizations. If you already have relationships with nurse leaders and executives—and know how to navigate complex health system sales cycles—this is your lane.
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle: prospect → close → grow
Sell directly to hospital decision-makers (CNOs, CHROs, CFOs)
Translate workforce challenges into tailored, high-value solutions
Build and manage a strong pipeline with disciplined follow-up
Collaborate with a nimble, mission-driven team
What You Bring:
Proven success selling into healthcare systems (LMS, workforce, or similar solutions)
Existing network within hospital leadership is a major plus
Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills
Self-starter mindset with a drive to exceed targets
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3-4 years’ experience in sales of learning management systems for individual customers or organizations
Existing network with Health Care CNOs, CHROs, CFOs is preferred.
Knowledge and sales consulting skills within the healthcare space
Proven quota attainment as a sales representative
Business acumen
Tenacity
Prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
