SummaryJob Description:- Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry / Med-Surg / Acute Care | Multiple Units Hiring$15,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates.Join a collaborative inpatient nursing team caring for telemetry, stroke, neurological, and post-surgical patients in one of Lexington's leading hospitals. Baptist Health Lexington is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join several of our inpatient telemetry and acute care units.Inpatient Telemetry Units Currently HiringStroke & Neurology, Medical Cardiology- *3F is a 24-bed telemetry unit supporting Baptist Health Lexington's Comprehensive Stroke Program. Nurses care for patients with neurological conditions, neurosurgery recovery, transient ischemic attacks (TIA), and cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), with occasional orthopedic overflow. Patients are transferred from the ICU, Emergency Department, and PACU.- 3E is a 19-bed telemetry unit specializing in neurology and medical cardiology patients and supports the hospital's Comprehensive Stroke Care Program. Nurses receive additional training to provide high-quality stroke care. Patients are admitted from the Emergency Department, ICU, and direct admissions.Surgical / Telemetry / Ortho-Spine Unit- 3GH is a 37-bed telemetry medical-surgical unit specializing in orthopedic, spine, and neurological patients, while also caring for cardiac telemetry patients. The unit also functions as a secondary stroke unit. Patients are admitted from the PACU, Emergency Department, interventional areas, and direct physician admissions.Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Unit- 2F/G is a 30-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit specializing in telemetry patients and fast-turnaround surgical cases, including bariatric, urology, and orthopedic overflow. This unit serves patients within our Bariatric Center of Excellence program. Most patients are admitted from the Emergency Department and PACU.Shift & Schedule OptionsCurrent openings across these units are primarily on Night Shift (3rd shift).
