SummaryJob Description:BHMG Primary Care J'TownFull Time Referral CoordinatorThe Referral Coordinator works with the patient and outside services to schedule specialty services under the order of the physician. The referral service provides appointments, patient contact by telephone and mail to verify date, time, location and any special instructions. The checkout service includes scheduling any appointments for follow-up care, including laboratory tests, follow up visits for laboratory results, next visit appointment and provide verbal and written appointment date and time and any special instructions.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:The following is a summary of the major functions of this position.
