Arvato Bertelsmann Recruiting Communications Intern in Louisville, Kentucky
Arvato is looking for a Summer Recruiting Communications Intern to support our growing facilities in the Louisville market. The Communications Intern will support employer branding and recruiting-related communication initiatives across Arvato USA. This role will help enhance visibility, consistency, and effectiveness of recruiting campaigns, with a particular focus on content creation for priority hiring efforts and internal/external communication channels
YOUR TASKS
Support development of recruiting communication materials, including templates, visuals, message drafts, and social media assets.
Create content and help build a scalable, repeatable approach for ongoing campaigns such as highlights, stories and referral program promotions.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and asset collection for communication initiatives.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Teams on cross-functional communication needs.
YOUR PROFILE
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or Social Media.
Strong written communication skills.
Basic graphic design experience using tools like Canva or Adobe.
Familiarity with social media platforms and how to support campaign initiatives.
Interest in employer branding, recruiting, and internal communications.
