ManpowerGroup Mobile Maintenance Technician - Meijer in Louisville, Kentucky
Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance/Mechanical Technician to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance/Mechanical Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mobile Maintenance/Mechanical Technician
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay rate: $30/hr
What's the Job?
Maintain and repair building systems, including lighting, HVAC, and plumbing
Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, and food equipment
Support maintenance efforts for conveyor and sortation systems
Assist with control network and PLC troubleshooting and maintenance
Participate in safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
What's Needed?
3 years of hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience (480V 3-phase, 110VAC, 24VDC systems)
Experience maintaining food service equipment and general building systems
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 80 lbs. and climbing ladders up to 30 feet
Experience with food equipment, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Knowledge of control systems, including PLCs and SCADA
Ability to lift at least 80 lbs. and work on ladders up to 30 ft.
High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license required
