Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Automation Engineer in Louisville, KY.Duties: Lead enterprise-wide automation initiatives. Architect and develop intelligent automation solutions using AI and machine learning to optimize operational decision-making and predictive analytics. Design and maintain Power Apps solutions to streamline communication, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration. Build and implement advanced data-driven dashboards that provide real-time insights for leadership teams. Oversee automation intake processes, ensuring AI-enhanced workflow optimizations drive efficiency. Manage automation of major incident communications, leveraging AI-driven escalation and notification systems. Collaborate with senior executives, engineering teams, and operations leaders to implement scalable automation and AI strategies that align with business goals. 100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, plus 7 years of experience as a Software Developer, Devops Architect or related role responsible for Application Development.Requires 7 years of experience with the following skills:•Azure DevOps and Agile Project Management.Requires 5 years of experience with the following skill:•Information Technology Automation or Process Optimization.Requires 3 years of experience with the following skills:•Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models for decision-making, incident prediction, and workflow automation.•Business Intelligence and Data Analytics including PowerBI (for building & maintaining data visualization), Power Automate (to automate the data flows and reporting tasks) and SQL (for querying and managing large datasets across systems.)•Leading technical teams.•Translating IT incident impacts in business friendly terms.•Designing and implementing enterprise-level automation solutions using Power Automate and AI-driven workflows.•Power BI, data modeling, dashboard development, and predictive analytics for operational efficiency.Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
