LSS Holdings Industrial Cleaning Technician in Louisville, Kentucky
Role and Responsibilities
- Commercial Duct Cleaning
- Crawl thru ductwork
- Up and down ladders
- Cleaning of Rafter and Ceilings
- Vacuum overhead holdings 10lbs
- Removal of Combustible Dust
- Rapid arm movement
- Cleaning of industrial and manufacturing buildings
- Operating high powered HEPA filter vacuum
- Maintain professional, timely, communication with customers
- Attend Job Training Activities
Requirements
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Ability to work on aerial platform, scaffolding and ladders
- Stand for long periods
- Work in extreme hot and cold conditions
- Must have Steel Toe Boots
- Must be a team player and have a solid work ethic
- Travel required
Additional Requirements
