DescriptionHiring Immediately!*Production Operator - General Laborer in Louisville, KYStarting pay: $22.05Includes a $1,000 signon bonus for new hires paid after 90 days of employment.Shift: Monday- Thursday, 6 AM- 4:45 PM. Overtime on Friday/SaturdayWeekly Pay!As aProduction Operator - General Laborer, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!Key Responsibilities May Include- Following all safety rules, processes and procedures. - Maintaining accurate records, certifications, permits. - Operating production equipment in mixing and filling batches of paint. - Performing quality audits, checks, and tests to maintain standards. - Assisting with EHS compliance, and with other areas in the plant.Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age. - Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred. - Mechanical aptitude is a plus. - Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently. - Follow detailed instructions and record progress. - Safely operate fork lifts, and other material handling equipment. - Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility.Do you want to add a little color to your career?We encourage opportunities for advancement and support your success through collaborative team efforts while allowing you to shine.
