Equipment Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Location: Louisville, KY

What You’ll Do

As a 2nd Shift Equipment Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting production and shipping by ensuring equipment and tools are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

  • Support all departments by maintaining and repairing equipment to meet production and shipping demands in a cost‑effective, high‑quality manner

  • Perform electrical maintenance including running conduit and installing new circuits

  • Communicate proactively with supervisors to prioritize maintenance needs

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with minimal downtime

  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring compliance with all company and government safety and environmental policies

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and a strong team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong foundational electrical skills (PLC exposure is a plus—training provided)

  • Knowledge of powder coat systems is helpful but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, flexible, and team‑oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to follow instructions, stay focused, and see tasks through to completion

  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and making responsible decisions

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
