Equipment Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

What You’ll Do
As a 2nd Shift Equipment Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting production and shipping by ensuring equipment and tools are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Support all departments by maintaining and repairing equipment to meet production and shipping demands in a cost‑effective, high‑quality manner
Perform electrical maintenance including running conduit and installing new circuits
Communicate proactively with supervisors to prioritize maintenance needs
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with minimal downtime
Promote a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring compliance with all company and government safety and environmental policies
Contribute to continuous improvement and a strong team environment
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong foundational electrical skills (PLC exposure is a plus—training provided)
Knowledge of powder coat systems is helpful but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, flexible, and team‑oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions, stay focused, and see tasks through to completion
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and making responsible decisions
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
