TEMPORARY JOB: Start Date: 4/1/2026 End Date: 11/1/2026Crew Member (Landscaping) positions available. The Crew Member will be responsible for landscaping duties including, but not limited to, pruning shrubs and trees, mulching, plant installation, spring and fall clean up, and edging; performing lawncare services such as mowing, trimming, and blowing leaves and grass clippings; and cleaning up leaves, performing weeding, and gathering and removing litter.Daily to travel to customer sites in multiple cities and towns within normal commuting distance within the Louisville, KY MSA, and Lexington, KY MSA, in addition to the following Kentucky & Indiana counties: Bullitt, Jefferson, Fayette, Shelby, and Clark (IN).Employer will provide all necessary arrangements for travel to worksites from its central office at no cost, and workers will return to central office daily.Wage Offer and Availability of Overtime Pay: A wage of $18.54 per hour will be paid for this position. Overtime hours may vary, depending on weather or other conditions, and will be paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate ($27.81/hour).Benefits: The employer will offer standard employee benefits in accordance with company policy.Single Workweek Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.Frequency of Pay: Workers will be paid bi-weekly.Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law.Outbound Transportations and Subsistence: If worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will either arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence or will advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier costs of the transportation and subsistence before the worker's departure. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to help place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. During travel, daily meals will be provided at a value/rate of at least $16.28 per day to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.First Work Week Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).Workers that require it will be provided with assistance in locating suitable housing, however, the cost of the housing itself is not covered by the employer.Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers, at no charge or deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.On-The-Job Training: The employer will provide on-the-job training in the proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment.¾th Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three- fourths of the workdays in each 12 -week period of the total employment period.
