Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Lending Relationship ManagerFLSA Status: ExemptReports To: Commercial Real Estate Lending VP or EVPDepartment: Commercial BankingHours of Operation: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - FridayGeneral Job Summary:Oversees and manages commercial real estate loan portfolio and develops new business.Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Solicit business from prospective customers and current customer baseEvaluate loan requests and approve loans within authority or make loan recommendations to managementAnalyze financial and credit condition of applicants and determine loan payment capabilitiesNegotiate credit terms and conditionsService and retain existing customer baseWorking Conditions:Most work completed indoors, in an office setting; outside site visits/customer visitsMinimum Job Requirements:Education: BA/BS in business, finance or related fieldExperience:Minimum of two years experience in Commercial LendingProven ability to develop and retain businessGood communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorKnowledge of lending services and bank productsKnowledge of loan, bank and regulatory policyAbility to analyze loan requests and determine borrowing need and repayment sourcesPhysical requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
