Job Title: CIS Maintenance Specialist FLSA Status: Non-ExemptDepartment: CISHours of Operation: 40 Hours per Week General Job Summary:Perform data entry to maintenance all deposit accounts including Time Deposit, IRA and Health Savings Accounts. Provide support including the implementation and servicing of the accounts under CIS Dept.Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Upon receipt and verification of proper paperwork and requested maintenance, complete data entry to maintain all Bank Deposit Accounts.Crate new Ports, close accounts, combine customer Ports, maintain all demographics and codes, input weekly and monthly rate changes on all products serviced by CIS Dept, and perform all other general maintenance as neededHandle CIS-related questions from CSR’s and other Bank departmentsEnsure service delivery and compliance with bank regulations.Troubleshoot and perform research to assist branch staff in identifying and resolving operational issues.Other Functions:Minor research to accommodate customer requestsAssist in the performance of special projectsAssist with annual procedural updatesAssist with CD, IRA & HSA tasksOther duties as assignedWorking Conditions:All job functions are performed daily at employee’s workspace using various computer applicationsMinimum Job Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED EquivalentExperience: 6 months of Retail Banking experience or one year Banking Operations experienceSpecific Skills:Self-motivated, dependable, professional appearance and demeanorStrong telephone communication skillsWord processing skills for creating and updating proceduresBasic PC skillsPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
