Adecco US, Inc. Brush Team Leader in Louisville, Kentucky
Adecco is hiring immediately for a Brush Team Lead in Louisville, KY. While working as a Brush Team lead for Adecco, you will earn $29.00 - $30.00/hour. These are 2nd shift positions Monday – Friday 2:30p – 11pm, with occasional overtime required.
In this role, you will provide direction, instructions and guidance to assigned functional areas and complete projects as assigned. This role promotes a positive environment that fosters teamwork and ensures safe and efficient processes and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to follow all listed safety regulations, includes but not limited to, wearing safety glasses, hearing protections, and steel toe shoes.
Ability to safely set up, operate and maintain CNC based brush manufacturing equipment
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and hold individuals accountable.
Make parts to meet the requirements of design and manufacturing engineering using proper tooling, inspection equipment and proper set-up and operations of equipment
Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows
Ability to perform routine machine changeovers using hand tools
Ability to meet the quality requirements of producing an acceptable brush
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Steel toe shoes or boots required

Pay Details: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
