Job Title: Administrator Coordinator
Job Description
The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for maintaining project trackers, supporting Project Engineers with administrative and data management tasks, and providing timely, accurate project information to the Director of Project Engineering. This position plays a key role in engineering visibility, workload coordination, reporting accuracy, and the efficient execution of engineering work across the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate engineering efforts across multiple projects by working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers.
Maintain and update engineering project trackers, dashboards, and assignment logs to reflect scope, schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
Responsible for time and expense validation across the Project Engineering community.
Assist Project Engineers with administrative and coordination tasks, including data entry, documentation organization, and status tracking.
Collect, consolidate, and communicate engineering status updates, risks, and key metrics to the Director of Project Engineering.
Support engineering planning, workload balancing, and prioritization by providing accurate and up-to-date project data.
Essential Skills
Administrative support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Strong grammar skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze project details and costs
Experience in administration and administrative assistance
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working with Excel for data entry tasks
Basic skills in PowerPoint
Experience managing team hours, scheduling, analyzing projects, and billable hours
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
