Overview Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate that would be responsible to mig weld automotive lifts and lift components as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Pay is $20.19/hr plus an attendance incentive and $2 shift differential. Responsibilities Mig weld components for automotive liftsPlace components on paint lineDrive forklift when neededAssist in implementation of 6S initiatives and activities with an emphasis on safetySuggests and assists in process improvements which assures safety, quality and efficiency is built into the processAssist in assembly and fabrication processes as neededOther duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to be certified in mig welding in the horizontal positionAbility to read a tape measureBasic blueprint readingExcellent communication skills.
