Job Description:

  • Cleans operating room suites or procedure rooms between cases and assists with terminal cleaning as requested.

  • Performs timely delivery and pickup of supplies, records, x-rays, orders, and equipment as needed.

  • Maintains cleanliness and neatness of lounge and changing rooms in collaboration with the Environmental Services department.

  • Cleans storage areas and stocks supplies such as scrub brushes, masks, shoe covers, hats, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags.

  • Assists in patient care preparation, including completing pre-op checklists, shaving surgical sites, and performing betadine scrubs.
