ColdQuanta Facilities & Office Coordinator in Louisville, Colorado
Infleqtion is hiring a Facilities & Office Coordinator based in our Louisville, Colorado office.
This person will help run the day-to-day workplace experience for our Colorado team and serve as a key point of coordination across facilities, vendors, IT, HR, and administration. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable being the front-facing office presence for employees, guests, and day-to-day workplace needs.
This is an in-office role, five days a week, based in Louisville, with reasonable flexibility for personal appointments when needed.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day office and workplace operations in our Louisville office
Serve as a front-facing point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors
Help create a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
Coordinate with vendors and building partners on facilities, maintenance, repairs, and workplace services
Help manage office-related projects, transitions, and operational follow-through
Partner closely with IT, HR, and Administration on workplace setup, onboarding support, office communications, and employee experience needs
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including cleanliness, stocking, dishwasher runs, and general upkeep throughout the day
Order and maintain inventory for kitchen, conference rooms, lobby, and common-area supplies
Track facilities requests, follow issues through to resolution, and escalate when needed
Support workplace safety, office readiness, and practical employee communications
Help maintain a high standard across shared spaces and day-to-day office presentation
Coordinate general workplace support services as needed

We are looking for someone who is positive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. This person should be comfortable juggling many responsibilities, working across teams, managing vendors, and handling both planned work and unexpected issues with professionalism and good judgment.
The right person will create a workplace that feels organized, welcoming, and well run. They should have a strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow through on the many details that keep an office operating smoothly. They should be comfortable serving as a front-facing point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors, and working closely with IT, HR, and Administration to support the broader employee experience.
Success in this role will come from noticing what needs attention, taking ownership, and maintaining a high standard across office operations, kitchen and common areas, vendor coordination, and day-to-day workplace support.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, facilities coordination, hospitality, administration, or a similar support role
Experience working in a fully in-person office environment
Experience in a service-oriented, hospitality, reception, or other front-facing support role
Experience coordinating vendors, workplace services, or facilities-related needs
Experience ordering, stocking, and managing inventory for office, kitchen, or workplace supplies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer-service instincts and professional presence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfort learning new workplace systems and tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through to resolution
Ability and comfort lifting and moving office, kitchen, and workplace supplies up to 25 pounds as needed
Ability to work on site full time in Louisville, Colorado
Strongly Preferred
Experience supporting workplace projects, site transitions, or office moves
Experience partnering with IT, HR, or administrative teams on office operations
Experience with work order tracking, facilities ticketing, or similar workplace support systems
Experience with front desk, guest-facing, or workplace hospitality responsibilities
Experience in a fast-moving or growing company environment
Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000
