DESCRIPTION:
Join our Projects Team to help deliver the construction, installation and commissioning of a new Chemical Manufacturing Plant at our Loughborough site. As the Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Management Team across planning, execution and reporting.
Organise Daily, Weekly & Monthly review meetings; set agendas, create minutes & update presentations
Raise Purchase Orders (POs), acquire approvals and place POs with suppliers
Raise PO supplements to reflect contractual payment terms
Liaise with suppliers over delivery schedules and staged payment dates
Own the Finance forecast sheet, ensuring financial adherence to contractual terms and conditions
Update Financial presentation spreadsheets and flag risks to the phased spend profile
Provide Technical Document Control; receive documents, assess, distribute and maintain a structured filing system
Upload information onto the Engineering Management system

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Degree or Higher National Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Demonstrable project administration experience
Experience in a technical environment is an advantage
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V LOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial reporting
Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
Personable and collaborative; builds strong working relationships with colleagues
Proficient in English with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract based in Loughborough with employer defined hybrid working
Required to access construction site and operational areas
