Description- Select healthy plant material, containers and tags for shipping. - Pull orders for fulfillment - Prepare orders {on pallets, cages, trolleys and carts). - Preparation of staging of orders in appropriate areas to include loading docks, greenhouses, the Yard and trucks. - Complete shipping paperwork, labels and tags for material - Verify and count plant material - Use farm equipment to move material and shuttle product to other locations using forklifts, tractors, electric carts, and trucks. Tenure Pay scale: this is the additional hourly pay for returning workers based on how many years they've worked at our company: 1 year: $ .51 2 years $1.01 3 years $1.51 4 years $2.01 5 years $ 2.51 Will be using the following during day-to-day tasks; Hand Cutters, Spray Bottles, Cages, Carts, Trolleys, Gloves, Fixing Forks, spatulas, Electric Carts, Forklifts, Tractors, Trucks, Conveyors, hoses. watering equipment, boxing machines, ladders, brooms, shovels, wagons, vacuums, bungee cords, load bars, pallet jacks, various pneumatic tools and hand tools.
