Job Duties:

Position offered is for an experienced landscape laborer with a minimum of three months experience in swimming pool construction laborer who is able to work with and model company landscaping methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, Installation of pipe during pool construction, digging, and concrete work. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds

3 months experience required. On the job training. No education required.

$23.15/hr. - 26.15/hr. based on experience and performance. $34.73/hr.- 39.23/hr. O.T. Employer will offer 40 hours/wk. of work w/1/2 hour of lunch each workday, 6:00a.m. - 2:00p.m., M-F, Some O.T. and weekends may be available, but are not guaranteed.

3 positions available for temporary, full-time, and peak-load work.

Dates of Employment Offered: 04/01/2026- 12/31/2026.

Jobsites located in: Calvert, Montgomery, Fredrick, Carroll, Anne Arundel, Prince George, and St. Marys Counties. Employer provided transportation to and from area jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.

The employer will use a single workweek for computing wages due. Pay will be weekly.

Assistance securing lodging is available. Optional employer provided lodging is available with low-cost housing $450 monthly that worker pays out of pocket for relocating workers only.

The employer will make all deductions required by law from each paycheck.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the first workweek.

The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties.

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
