Robert Half Bookkeeper in Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, New Mexico

Description We are looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, New Mexico. This contract-to-permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial operations, payroll, and administrative tasks in a dynamic and customer-facing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and payroll, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Coordinate biweekly payroll processes, ensuring accurate data collection from multiple facilities.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to support business operations.

• Oversee office management responsibilities, including organizing meetings and maintaining administrative workflows.

• Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide insights to improve financial and operational strategies.

• Assist with the transition to more digital processes, ensuring a smooth move toward a paperless environment.

• Collaborate with team members to address concerns and suggest process improvements.

• Learn and integrate Bottle 360 and QuickBooks Desktop systems to streamline financial operations.

• Maintain a high standard of conduct in customer- and member-facing interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage payroll and office operations effectively.

• Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies, including Bottle 360.

• Experience in hospitality, private membership, or event-based industries is preferred.

• Detail-oriented approach and demeanor suitable for a public-facing role.

• Capability to address challenges constructively and implement solutions.

• Familiarity with financial reporting and administrative processes.
