PERFIL

Edad: 25 años en adelante

Sexo: Indistinto

Escolaridad: Lic. o Ingeniería o carrera afín

Indispensable: Manejo de Excel avanzado

Experiencia: mínima 3 años manejo de almacenes, control y planificación de inventarios y materiales, análisis de indicadores y toma de decisiones, Gestion con líneas de transportes,logistica.

ACTIVIDADES A REALIZAR

  • Administración y control almacén de producto terminado en bodega interna y externa

  • Realizar una revisión de los pedidos de producción en sistemas para verificar si el producto tiene salida de bodega.

  • Asegurar la entrega en tiempo y forma del producto terminado al cliente

  • Coordinar el manejo y la logística de los transportistas para la correcta entrega del producto terminado

  • Asegurar la correcta negociación con la alianza de transportes, optimizando el presupuesto.

  • Asegurar el correcto control interno de su personal a cargo para que se maneje dentro de los procedimientos y políticas internos de ética y valores.

  • Coordinarse eficientemente con las áreas involucradas en el proceso,ventas,servicio al cliente, producción, logística etc.

  • Revisión de condiciones óptimas a las unidades de carga (transporte de carga) para el que producto llegue en buenas condiciones al cliente.
