Job Title: Training & Employee Engagement Coordinator

Position Overview

We are partnering with a client that is seeking a highly organized and proactive Training & Employee Engagement Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal training programs and employee engagement initiatives. This role will focus heavily on coordinating in-person training sessions, managing event logistics, and partnering with HR teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, including training logistics, vendor coordination, and system-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate and support in-person and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication

  • Prepare training materials, manage attendance tracking, and ensure smooth execution of sessions

  • Partner with HR and internal teams to ensure completion of required compliance trainings

  • Assist in maintaining and updating training records and documentation

Event Planning & Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including appreciation events, trainings, and internal programs

  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, materials, catering, and scheduling

  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution

  • Support employee experience initiatives to enhance engagement and workplace culture

HR Systems & Administrative Support

  • Assist with transitioning and maintaining training content within LMS/HRIS systems

  • Support data entry, tracking, and reporting for training and HR-related activities

  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate employee records and compliance documentation

  • Provide general administrative support related to HR and training programs

    Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in training coordination, HR support, event planning, or administrative roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Experience coordinating schedules, logistics, and cross-functional communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

Preferred

  • Experience supporting onboarding or training programs

  • Exposure to HR systems such as Workday, ADP, Dayforce, or LMS platforms

  • Experience planning employee events or engagement initiatives

  • Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
