Job Description
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to augment the IT Product team for a franchise‑based organization. This role supports a Senior Director of Product and focuses on execution and delivery for a core internal web portal used by franchise centers (Salesforce replacement). Scope is specific and well‑defined.
Responsibilities:
-Own delivery of maintenance and new features for the primary web platform
-Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
-Drive projects end‑to‑end (planning, execution, delivery)
-Partner with engineering, product leadership, and business Product Owners
-Operate in a hybrid Waterfall / Agile delivery model
-Manage scope, priorities, and dependencies using JIRA

Skills and Requirements
-5+ years Project or Technical Project Management experience
-Strong experience working with engineering teams and technical systems
-Comfort with monolithic architectures and microservices initiatives (.NET)
-Solid understanding of SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and data flows
-Strong user story writing and backlog management skills
-Experience with JIRA Dashboards, reporting, data warehouse exposure; franchise or multi‑location platforms
