About the Role

Must be willing and able to travel to the Northridge headquarters an average of twice per month, with additional regional travel as needed to support the field organization. Candidates located within a reasonable driving distance to Northridge are preferred
What You’ll Do:
Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with leaders across a variety of teams – such as Field Sales (US & Canada) , IT, and Marketing to drive HR initiatives that matter.
Lead Change: Support transformative programs in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, culture, performance management, and rewards.
Empower Leaders: Advise and coach managers, resolve daily HR queries, and prepare teams to deliver impact.
Champion Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and help navigate organizational change.
Leverage Data: Use HR analytics to spot trends, drive decisions, and communicate progress.
Roll Up Your Sleeves: Embrace hands-on work and be ready to dive into both strategic and tactical HR tasks as we navigate this pivotal phase in our journey.
Grow Your Skills: Lead and contribute to high-impact projects including sales incentive plan design, workforce optimization, and reimagining our hiring & onboarding process—offering you the chance to broaden your expertise and drive real change.
Reporting Structure:
- This role reports directly to a VP of HR, providing you with strategic guidance and support as you make a real impact.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive HR experience
OR, advanced degree with 5+ years of progressive HR experience
What You Bring:
Experience in large, global organizations (Fortune 500 preferred)
Track record of delivering HR programs in fast-paced environments
Experience in consumer products, medical devices, healthcare, or tech a plus
Strong skills in talent management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
Data-driven, results-oriented, and agile
Excellent communication, consulting, and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics
Preferred Extras:
Experience supporting commercial sales teams
Skilled at building partnerships across boundaries
Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$139,200.00 - $208,800.00
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
