As an integral leader within our transportation team, you’ll manage and deliver complex, high‑profile roadway and highway projects that are essential to the region’s growth. You’ll apply your technical expertise and leadership to guide multidisciplinary and multimodal teams that enhance transportation networks, engage with key public agency clients, and drive project success from initial planning through design and construction support

What You’ll Do

  • Lead large and complex roadway and highway projects in support of multimodal improvements from concept development through detailed design and construction support.

  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery aligned with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state and local transportation agencies (e.g., Caltrans, regional planning organizations, city/county partners).

  • Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal strategy, pursuit leadership, and market growth initiatives.

  • Mentor project managers and engineers, promoting a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California, or the ability to obtain one within one year.

  • 20+ years of roadway design experience with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience delivering large, complex roadway, interchange, or multimodal improvement projects.

  • Proven success managing projects for public transportation agencies, such as Caltrans or local municipalities.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience guiding project teams and influencing technical and strategic outcomes.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, including client relationship management and growth strategy execution.

  • Well-established professional network in the Southern California transportation market.
