About the Role
Robert Half is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our Administrative & Customer Support (ACS) division in the South Bay / El Segundo market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering staffing solutions that create real business impact.
What You’ll Do
Business Development:
Prospect, develop, and grow new client relationships within the South Bay market, focusing on administrative, customer support, and office services roles.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and workforce challenges.
Solution Selling:
Present and deliver customized staffing and workforce solutions including contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with recruiters to ensure high-quality candidate delivery and client satisfaction.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
Market Expertise:
Stay informed on local hiring trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to provide strategic value to clients.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales, service, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High level of professionalism, accountability, and drive
Bachelor’s degree preferred
