High-End Real Estate Law Firm Group Seeks Litigation Paralegal
About Firm & Position:
A highly regarded boutique litigation firm based on the Westside of Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated real estate litigation practice. This firm represents prominent real estate developers and property owners in complex disputes and is known for receiving a steady stream of referral work from leading transactional practices. The team is intentionally lean, collaborative, and stable, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and long-term growth.
Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage state court filings, including e-filing and service of process
Maintain detailed litigation calendaring and deadline tracking
Assist with all phases of discovery, including document management and responses
Support attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and coordination
Hours:
Full-time 40-hour work week

Requirements
Prior experience supporting litigation matters as a Litigation Paralegal
Working knowledge of California state court procedures, including e-filing and service
Ability to manage discovery, calendaring, and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment
