Robert Half Litigation Attorney (Remote) in Los Angeles, California
Description
A growing defense-side lemon law firm is seeking California-barred attorneys to support a high-volume caseload (900+ active matters, primarily with a major automotive manufacturer). This is a fully remote opportunity offering consistent workflow, flexibility, and the potential to convert to a full-time role. This is an ideal opportunity for attorneys with lemon law and/or defense litigation experience who enjoy drafting, case strategy, and managing matters in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft motions, pleadings, complaints, and other legal documents in support of defense litigation matters.
Manage a caseload of lemon law claims from intake through resolution.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams regarding case status and next steps.
Assist with discovery, including drafting responses and reviewing production.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Active bar license in California (required).
1+ years of experience in litigation; lemon law or consumer warranty experience preferred.
Strong legal writing and drafting skills (motions, pleadings, discovery).
Ability to manage multiple cases in a high-volume environment.
Comfortable working remotely and communicating with distributed teams.
