Description
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a respected boutique commercial litigation firm in their search for an experienced litigation attorney with hands-on real estate litigation and construction defect experience. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that offers the flexibility of a fully remote arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, with a strong focus on real estate and construction defect disputes.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research, discovery, and case analysis.
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
Advise clients on complex legal strategies and regulatory requirements.
Work collaboratively with firm partners and paralegal staff to drive case outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in California.
5+ years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated track record in real estate litigation and construction defect matters.
Strong legal writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
Experience working independently in a remote environment preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
