We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our North American Talent Acquisition team, based out of California (Bay Area or Greater Los Angeles) with flexibility for remote or hybrid work at approved EPAM locations. In this role, you will own a portfolio of 8–12 active executive searches at any given time — operating at the intersection of strategic advisory and hands-on delivery, partnering directly with VP- and C-level stakeholders to attract and close the leadership talent that drives EPAM’s growth. You will bring a modern recruiting toolkit that includes AI-powered sourcing, data-driven pipeline management, and a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle executive search for senior and leadership-level roles across North America, with a primary focus on Enterprise Account Management, Business Consulting, and Technology leadership

  • Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools — including LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, and generative AI platforms — to build targeted candidate pipelines faster and with greater precision

  • Use AI and automation tools to accelerate and improve the quality of job description drafting, candidate summaries, outreach messaging, and talent market mapping deliverables

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders — guiding hiring managers and executives on North American talent market dynamics, compensation benchmarking, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices

  • Develop and present data-driven pipeline reports and market insights to inform executive-level hiring decisions

  • Conduct rigorous resume and profile review, applying sharp judgment to flag concerns, assess candidate suitability, and make confident advancement or disqualification decisions

  • Create compelling, accurate, and motivating candidate experiences — from first outreach through offer close — representing EPAM's brand at the highest level

  • Design and facilitate structured interview processes, including debrief facilitation, scorecard calibration, and hiring recommendation documentation

  • Drive offer strategy and candidate closing in partnership with compensation, HR, and business leaders

  • Collaborate across the North American TA team to share market intelligence, improve sourcing strategies, and contribute to initiatives that elevate the function as a whole

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on Director-level and above hiring

  • Proven track record in executive-level search across Enterprise Account Management, Business Consulting, or adjacent functions in a technology-driven environment

  • Hands-on experience using AI and modern recruiting technologies to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate quality, and recruiter productivity — and genuine enthusiasm for continuing to push that frontier

  • Strong ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders, including VP- and C-level leaders, on hiring strategy, North American market realities, and candidate assessment

  • Demonstrated skill in building and managing structured executive search processes — from intake and sourcing through close — with a high standard of rigor and professionalism

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills; comfortable navigating complex offer situations with multiple stakeholders

  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to track, report on, and act from recruiting metrics (pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, source-of-hire)

  • Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable maintaining momentum on multiple high-priority searches in a fast-moving environment

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting within the technology, digital transformation, or IT services sector

  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or SmartRecruiters

  • Exposure to executive search firm methodologies (retained or contingency)

  • Active participation in TA communities or industry events (SourceCon, ERE, RecFest, Talent Connect)

  • Experience hiring across multiple North American markets and time zones
