Overview

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. 1 remote day per week after 6 month probationary period.

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Supervisor will provide direct supervision of at least two team members in collaboration with direct leader and leadership team and oversee the performance of an entire team, program or work area. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations and assign tasks to reach broader department or organizational goals. The Supervisor participates, with direct leader and leadership team, in determining program/staffing levels, and needs, and adjusts when appropriate and approved. Maintains open communication with department leadership regarding patients, family, personnel, and departmental issues. Demonstrates commitment to a patient and family-centered model of care.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

Required :

  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative or community-based role within a healthcare, clinical, school, or community-based organization.

  • 2+ years of direct experience working with patients, clients, or community members.

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Preferred :

  • Direct supervision experience, preferred.

  • Community Health Worker Certification Preferred

Education/Licensure/Certification:

Required :

Associate's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Child Development, Social Work, or a related discipline; OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred :

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Child Development, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Pay Scale Information

USD $61,152.00 - USD $104,832.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
