ManpowerGroup Entry-Level Tech-Service Associate: Los Angeles, CA ($27.50/hr) in Los Angeles, California
Our client, a leader in innovative mobility solutions, is seeking a Service Associate to join their team. As a Service Associate, you will be part of the BaseOps team supporting fleet operations and vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Service Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $27.50/hr
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am
What's the Job?
Support daily fleet operations by maintaining vehicles through cleaning, fueling, and organizing test site areas.
Assist with logistical tasks such as moving and storing vehicles and equipment.
Perform routine vehicle prep, including software updates, hardware checks, and data collection.
Support spare parts inventory management and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide hands-on technical support for vehicle maintenance and testing activities.
What's Needed?
2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in automotive or fleet support roles.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, and reach during shifts.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency to resolve issues efficiently.
