Overview

THE ROLE:

Join the Pro2col team here at Herbalife as our new Development Manager.

Build, empower, and scale high-performing innovation engineering teams that transform ambiguous ideas into validated, scalable digital products with real business impact.

In this role, you’ll create the conditions for innovation to thrive — balancing technical excellence with strong people leadership and a thoughtful transition from exploration to execution. You’ll shape environments where teams can experiment, learn quickly, and confidently scale what works.

As a leader, you’ll guide engineers to do more than ship software. You’ll help them reduce uncertainty, validate ideas early, and make smart, timely decisions — all while protecting team health, sustaining momentum, and avoiding burnout or premature commitments. This is not a traditional “delivery-first” development management role.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers, providing technical direction and best‑practice guidance

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET and C#

  • Build modern, responsive user interfaces by working with React

  • Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs

  • Work with MongoDB and SQL Server for data modeling and performance tuning

  • Manage cloud deployments, monitoring, and lifecycle operations in Azure

  • Collaborate with product, QA, and multi-functional teams using agile methodologies

  • Drive code quality, process improvements, and technical decision‑making
