Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is a part time role, and the hours will vary between 10-20 per week. This is a fully remote role. This role is ideal for someone who excels in data entry tasks and has strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and update accurate data into company systems and databases.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide clear, helpful information.
• Draft and compose correspondence with attention to detail and clarity.
• Manage and maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and other office tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements • Proficiency in basic office skills, including organization and time management.
• Solid experience using Microsoft Word and other relevant software.
• Ability to compose clear and detail-oriented correspondence with strong written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to address customer needs effectively.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
