Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through phone and other communication channels. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication platforms in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Process orders and accurately input data into the system to ensure seamless transactions.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records with accurate and detailed information.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and offering appropriate resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolved.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with company products or services is a plus.
