We’re seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator to support a leading entertainment company. This hybrid role is primarily remote with on-site requirements in Los Angeles. The position offers an opportunity to work on global partnerships, coordinate activations, and contribute to innovative collaborations across the gaming, esports, and social impact sectors.
Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assist Partnership Managers by managing multiple accounts and partnership assets simultaneously.
Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion in collaboration with internal teams.
Gather and analyze data to evaluate partner performance and asset value.
Create and maintain reports, templates, and recaps for partnership proof of performance.
Coordinate with various departments to support partnership activations and fulfill contractual obligations.
Provide onsite support during live events to facilitate partner experiences.
Support overall departmental operations to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience in customer or client management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple time zones.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
Prior experience in partnership management, account management, sponsorships, or project coordination preferred.
