Job Title: Automotive Technician ($29 - $57/hour)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to perform diagnostics and general repairs on electric vehicles. This role involves repairing brakes, headlights, windshields, and performing tire work. The ideal candidate has a comprehensive understanding of vehicles and is adept at using a tire machine and wheel balancer.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics and general repairs on electric vehicles.
Repair brakes, headlights, windshields, and conduct tire work.
Examine assigned vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
Save and tag parts of the job if under warranty or requested by the technical team.
Report machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Essential Skills
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with electrical wiring, repairs, testing, and inspection of parts.
Knowledge of automotive repairs and basic services including tire, headlight, and windshield repair.
Experience with inspections and diagnosis.
Familiarity with electric and hybrid electric vehicles.
Transmission repair skills.
2 ASE Certifications or willingness to obtain them within the first 6 months.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles is a plus.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong team player mindset and eagerness to learn.

This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
