What We're Looking For
Willingness to learn and grow within our team
Honesty, creativity, and strong customer service
Ability to cook, serve, clean/sanitize, and stock supplies
Experience in bartending or POS systems is a plus
ServSafe or RAMP certification is a plus (but not required)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Cook to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.
Responsibilities
Prepare and plate all served food
Coordinate food production with serving hours
Memorize and understand menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
Follow standard recipes and special diet requirements
Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment
Maintain high standards of sanitation and follow food production codes
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Qualifications
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well as part of a team
