Description
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large-scale workforce. In this long-term contract role, you will manage payroll processes with precision and ensure compliance across multiple states. This position is based in Longwood, Florida.
Responsibilities:
• Administer end-to-end payroll processes for a workforce of over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to state-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
• Utilize Paylocity to process payroll efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee payroll reporting and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits of payroll systems and processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll matters with professionalism and clarity.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports for management review and analysis.
Requirements
• Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll operations for large organizations.
• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll processes and compliance.
• Proficiency with Paylocity is a must have
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and addressing employee inquiries.
• Experience with payroll reporting and data reconciliation.
