High‑Precision Machine Operator – Precision Stainless Steel Components
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $22–$26/hr
Environment: Class 10 Cleanroom (onsite, 5 days/week)

We’re seeking a High‑Precision Machine Operator with experience working to tight tolerances on stainless steel components. If you take pride in precision work, follow structured processes, and enjoy cleanroom manufacturing, this role is an excellent fit.
What You’ll Do
Operate high‑precision manufacturing equipment to produce stainless steel components to exact specifications
Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to maintain tight tolerances and repeatable results
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation
Perform in‑process and final inspections using measuring tools and drawings
Assemble and fabricate components to customer‑defined specifications
Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
Partner with technicians, engineers, and quality teams to meet production and quality goals
Maintain cleanroom standards, safety procedures, and documentation requirements
What You Bring
Required Skills
2+ years of experience as a precision machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience working to tight tolerances on stainless steel or similar materials
Proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
Electro‑mechanical assembly or troubleshooting experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
