INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Pay: $39.18/hr + $3/hr night shift differential = $42.18/hr
Schedule: 2‑2‑3 rotation • 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Training: 60 days on First Shift

We’re seeking knowledgeable and hands-on Maintenance Technicians to support our state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient operation.
What You’ll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Complete equipment changeovers, sanitation tasks, and routine servicing
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Use schematics, blueprints, and manuals to complete accurate repairs
Maintain required documentation for OSHA, EPA, GMP, and food safety compliance
Recommend improvements to enhance equipment uptime and performance
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience
OR 2+ years specifically in food manufacturing
Strong troubleshooting ability across multiple industrial systems
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and follow GMP/SOP guidelines
Safety-focused mindset with a dependable work ethic

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $87360.00/yr.
