Remote Conversion Rate & Experimentation Specialist Position OverviewWe are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation Specialist to support one of our clients on an ongoing freelance basis. This role drives digital performance through A/B testing, multivariate experimentation, and data backed optimization across web and mobile app experiences. You'll partner cross functionally with Engineering, UX, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to launch tests, ensure technical accuracy, and translate results into clear commercial insights.This role is open to remote flexibility, 40 hours per week for 6+ months with potential to extend/covert to FTE. Key Responsibilities * Execute A/B and multivariate tests across key digital flows from search to checkout and postpurchase * Configure, QA, and launch tests within platforms like Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc. * Work closely with developers to troubleshoot code issues, validate tracking, and ensure implementation integrity * Perform end-to-end QA: device/browser validation, tagging checks, data layer verification, revenue tracking * Monitor live tests for statistical validity and operational performance * Analyze test results and communicate findings, lift ranges, and business impact in clear, concise summaries * Quantify results across KPIs including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and attachment rates * Maintain full documentation of hypotheses, setup, QA, results, and learnings * Recommend next step iterations and optimization opportunities based on insightsQualifications * 3+ years running and analyzing digital A/B and multivariate tests * Hands-on experience with experimentation tools (Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate, etc.) * Strong grounding in experimental design (significance, MDE, confidence intervals, Type I/II error) * Experience partnering with developers to troubleshoot and QA experiments * Familiarity with data layers, tagging, and front-end debugging tools * Experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4, or similar * Ability to translate statistical outputs into commercial terms * Strong attention to detail and cross functional communication skillsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
