Description
• Execute the development, ownership, and continuous evolution of global Brand Value Chain standards, processes, tools, governance frameworks, and NPL (New Product Launch) project management methodologies to drive fast-to-market, on-trend innovation and execution excellence aligned with Beauty Reimagined priorities.
• Manage or contribute to COE-specific projects, workstreams, and governance activities related to process standardization, tool deployment, continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma principles), and integration of digital capabilities for enhanced visibility and agility.
• Drive enterprise-wide capability building through execution, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure adoption of best practices across all brands.
• Establish and oversee portfolio-level performance measurement, KPIs (e.g., OTIF, launch cycle time reduction, risk mitigation effectiveness, inventory health, and launch success rates), analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver bold supply chain efficiencies, and sustainable growth.
• Champion digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and integration of advanced tools (e.g., IBP, AI-enabled performance, dashboards) to enhance cross-functional orchestration, risk management, and consumer-focused launch outcomes.
• Assist in best-practice sharing, lessons-learned documentation, and change management activities to build organizational muscle in Brand Value Chain discipline while supporting the company’s transformation to a flatter, more agile structure.
• Foster cross-functional and cross-brand collaboration, escalate systemic constraints, and represent Brand Value Chain excellence in enterprise initiatives to ensure seamless alignment between commercial priorities and global value chain capabilities.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategic mindset with proven experience developing and implementing global standards, processes, tools, and governance frameworks that reduce complexity, and deliver measurable efficiencies.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities, self-direct, and continuously expand knowledge in evolving areas such as digital supply chain tools, integrated business planning (IBP), and sustainable value chain practices.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills. Proven track record of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders to scope, negotiate, and deliver projects under tight deadlines, while mitigating risks.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights, influence senior leadership, and build productive relationships at all organizational levels in a global setting.
• Self-motivated change agent passionate about driving transformation, embedding continuous improvement (e.g., Lean principles), and contributing to Beauty Reimagined goals of agile operations, bold innovation, and sustainable growth.
