Job Info Landscape Laborer. 12 temp/FT positions w/ Shady Tree Lawn & Garden LLC from 4/1/26 - 12/10/26 Landscape/maintain grounds using hand/power tools/equip.Lay sod/mow/trim/plant/water/fertilize/dig/rake.Exercise independent judgment; may demo tasks but doesnt supervise other wrkrs.Lift/carry 50 lbs as nec.Sat work reqd as nec.Emplyr pd post-hire drug test reqd of foreign/domestic wrkrs upon suspicion of use.Reqs 3 mo prior landscape exp.Emplyr pays in adv. or reimburses wrkrs in 1st workweek for all govt-mandated/visa-related fees (excl. passport fees).For non-local wrkrs residing outside normal commute distance emplyr reimburses inbound travel costs at 50% point in contract unless paid in adv.
Inbound travel incl. transport costs from wrkrs permanent residence or place of recruitment, a daily meal subsistence (based on rates reqd by law, currently $16.78/day min or $68/day max for wrkrs w/ acceptable receipts) & reasonable lodging costs if applicable.Travel reimbursements based on least-cost common carrier rate.Emplyr provides or pays outbound travel costs upon completion of contract period or early dismissal except where wrkr has subsequent emplymnt.Emplyr guarantees to offer hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 6-week period of total contract period beginning w/ wrkrs 1st workday & ending on contract end date or any extension.Emplyr may count all hours worked as well as any hours offered w/in standard work schedule that a wrkr chooses to not work up to the max # of daily hours on job order.Wrkrs who voluntarily abandon emplymnt not entitled to payment for outbound travel costs or full period guarantee.Emplyr provides w/out charge all tools/supplies/equipment(incl. uniforms if applicable) necessary to perform duties assigned.If requested emplyr helps non-local wrkrs secure optional wrkr-paid lodging(not to exceed fair market value based on # occupants; cost TBD).Housing costs paid to landlord&not payroll deducted.
LOCATION 257 Norwood Ave Long Branch, NJ 07740 & multple worksites w/in Ocean/Monmouth counties.Emplyr prvides incidentl transport btw jobsites.No daily transport to/from wrkrs home&primary worksite.Transport complies w/Fed,State & local laws/regs.
WAGE Wage no less than$21.91hr. OT hrs vary@ $32.87hr.Raise/bonus offered at emplyr discrtn based on performance/skill/tenure. Single wrkweek used to compute wages.Payroll weekly.Wrkrs paid by check Friday.Stndard schedule 7AM-3:30 PM M-F.Emplyr offers 40hrs/wk.Emplyr may offer more wk hrs, depend. on weather, business & other conditions.Extreme heat, cold, rain/drought may affect work hrs.Emplyr makes payroll deductions req by law.Emplyr does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Vol deductions must be pre-authorized in writing&may include: Emplyr may deduct reasonable cost for lost/damaged tools/equip due to workr negligence.
