We are seeking a General Manager to lead and scale our Southern California operations, based in Long Beach, CA, with oversight of a dynamic and growing regional portfolio.
This is a high-visibility, onsite leadership role (Monday–Friday), ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build, scale, and shape the future of security operations in one of the most active and competitive markets in the country.
We are looking for an experienced leader who has:
- Own a $50M+ Regional Business
Full P&L ownership with a clear mandate to grow revenue, expand market share, and optimize profitability across Southern California.
- Build in a High-Growth Market
Lead expansion across Long Beach and the greater Southern California region, one of the largest and most opportunity-rich security markets in the U.S.
- Lead Industry Innovation
Drive adoption of AI-powered surveillance and remote monitoring solutions that are redefining traditional security models.
- Operate with Visibility & Impact
This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role where you will directly influence culture, execution, and business performance.

What’s in it for You
Competitive salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year, plus 40% bonus eligibility
Work site location : Long Beach, CA

What You’ll Own as the General Manager
Full P&L ownership for a $50M+ regional operation
Develop and execute a Southern California growth strategy, expanding client base and service footprint
Drive revenue through new business, key account growth, and retention strategies
Identify and pursue opportunities across commercial, industrial, and enterprise clients
Lead multi-site operations with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and scalability
Ensure delivery against SLAs, contract performance, and service quality expectations
Continuously improve processes, cost structure, and operational performance
Act as executive sponsor for key client relationships across the region
Strengthen ECAM’s position as a strategic partner in security innovation
Elevate customer experience through responsiveness, technology, and measurable outcomes
Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing regional leadership team
Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
Build leadership bench strength and succession pipelines
Champion the deployment and adoption of AI-driven surveillance solutions
Partner cross-functionally to bring new capabilities to market
Position ECAM as a leader in next-generation security solutions across Southern California
Your Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States
A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards
10+ years of leadership experience in security, operations, technology-enabled services, or related industries
Proven success owning and growing a P&L-driven business unit
Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple sites
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and market expansion
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly competitive market
Willingness to be onsite daily in Long Beach, CA and lead from the front.
