Responsibilities
Leading the solution design and produce high quality documents.
Independently performing stakeholder management and customer communications.
Troubleshooting and debugging skills to address issues effectively.
Lead defect triage and resolve defects raised by the testing team.
Perform unit testing of the application and adhere to customer’s standards and best practice for coding and code check in.
Experience Required
Hands on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform Sales, service, field Service and CI Journey, including customisation, configuration, and development.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Hands on knowledge on Azure (Azure functions, ADF, AI Factory etc.).
Customise Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules to align with business processes.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
Expert knowledge on Data migrations using industry tools.
