The Opportunity
Step into a leadership role where people, projects, and flexibility come together. As a Team Lead, Project Management & Delivery , you will guide a team of project management professionals while remaining actively engaged in delivering complex, high‑impact projects . This role blends people leadership with hands‑on project delivery, supporting both individual growth and business performance within a hybrid, flexible work environment.

Your Impact
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of project management professionals across career stages.
Drive excellence in project delivery by overseeing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change management.
Balance approximately 70% chargeable project work with people leadership and operational responsibilities.
Strengthen resourcing, workload planning, and succession strategies to support growth and delivery needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance team culture aligned with WSP values.
Act as a trusted client partner, supporting strong relationships and successful project outcomes.
Contribute to business development, proposals, and annual planning initiatives.
Champion health, safety, ethics, and quality across all projects and team activities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Progressive project management experience within consulting or professional services environments.
Demonstrated success leading and managing teams, including performance management and development.
Strong proficiency with Oracle Horizon Projects, including project setup, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and approvals.
Solid financial acumen with experience in project controls and forecasting.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project portfolios.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working in a hybrid environment, with willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 – $147,400
