Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high‑impact technical initiatives across our AI‑powered marketing platform.
In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of product, engineering and external technology partners, turning ambitious product ideas into clear, structured delivery plans that actually ship. You’ll oversee programmes that involve AI agent integrations, large‑scale API connections with major advertising platforms, real‑time data pipelines, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving hard coordination problems, can spot risks before they become blockers, and knows how to keep multiple teams aligned without slowing them down. You don’t need to be hands‑on technically, but you do need to understand how modern, API‑driven platforms work and how engineering teams build and deliver software.
You’ll have real ownership, visibility with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape how complex technical programmes are delivered across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Technical programme delivery
Own the end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex technical programmes, from initial planning through to release
Translate product requirements into structured delivery plans with clear milestones, ownership, dependencies and success measures
Break down complex initiatives into manageable workstreams with clear decision points
Track scope, sequencing and technical trade‑offs to keep delivery on track
Dependency and risk management
Identify and manage dependencies across multiple engineering teams, platform components and external technology providers
Proactively surface risks related to API limitations, data availability, performance or platform constraints
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align scope with capacity and technical feasibility
Maintain clear documentation of risks, dependencies and mitigation plans
Cross‑team coordination and decision‑making
Drive alignment across frontend, backend and data engineering teams
Coordinate delivery with external partners responsible for platform and API integrations
Run effective programme rhythms including planning sessions, dependency reviews and stakeholder updates
Navigate competing priorities and resource constraints, facilitating informed trade‑offs where needed
Communication and stakeholder management
Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise updates for product, leadership and business stakeholders
Produce high‑quality programme reporting that outlines progress, risks, decisions and business impact
Maintain delivery documentation including timelines, decision logs and escalation paths
Use tooling, including AI‑assisted workflows, to streamline reporting and communication
Qualifications
Essential experience and skills
Experience in technical program or delivery management within software‑driven environments
Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑team technical programmes, particularly those involving APIs or platform integrations
Strong experience working in Agile environments with regular sprint cycles
Solid technical understanding of modern software systems, including APIs, data flows and integration patterns
Experience managing dependencies across multiple engineering teams and third‑party providers
Confident stakeholder manager, able to drive clarity and decisions across technical and non‑technical audiences
Comfortable using tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage delivery at scale
Able to bring structure to ambiguous problems and turn them into executable plans
Nice to have
Background in software engineering, systems architecture or technical operations
Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices such as CI/CD or microservices
Exposure to AI infrastructure, LLM integrations or model orchestration
Familiarity with advertising or marketing technology platforms and their APIs
