We seek a seasoned professional to join us as Sr. GTM Lead, Twitch Ads UK. This role will be responsible for developing the unified go-to-market strategy and strategic execution for advertising solutions across all Twitch properties specifically for the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and growing adoption of Twitch Ads in the UK. We are seeking an innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinker, who is passionate about digital media and the future of Twitch advertising in the UK market. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. This role will be highly visible with senior levels of Amazon, and will need to work collaboratively with internal management teams to understand where our relative advantages or risks lie within the UK market, where new market segments and solutions should be created. The successful candidate will have a talent for responding effectively to UK industry direction, customer needs and market positioning. They are comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They possess high levels of creativity, independence, flexibility and attention to detail. In addition, this person will be a unique thinker who can make convincing, information-based arguments.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end GTM strategy for Twitch advertising offerings in the UK, including positioning, pricing, and packaging

  • Maintain deep understanding of UK video, display, social media and influence advertising landscape, including market trends, competitive analysis, and cultural nuances

  • Spearhead market demand analysis and opportunity sizing across traditional and emerging channels

  • Track quarterly performance and provide data-driven recommendations for GTM strategy adjustments

  • Partner with sales teams on enablement and demand generation strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive product adoption

  • Develop stack-ranked sales priorities to influence product requirements and roadmap decisions

  • Partner with Ads Marketing on customer-facing narratives and go-to-market strategies

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful strategy execution, providing tactical guidance and support

  • Provide strategic support and guidance for Twitch Ads initiatives in the UK

  • Proven analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with proven track record in digital advertising

  • Fluency in English required

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements

  • Experience in a professional field or military

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking

  • Experience working with Business Application Technologies, including, but not limited to End User Compute (EUC), Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and/or Communication Developer Services

  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry

  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry

  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Global Financial Services Industry

  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry

  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Automotive & Manufacturing industries

  • Experience solving problems with technology in the Energy & Utilities industries

  • Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting

  • Experience working with Advanced Compute technologies including, but not limited to: Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, and/or IoT.

  • Experience working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations

  • Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
